We process orders quicker than a cowboy can rope a calf – within 1-2 business days of receiving your order (excluding weekends and holidays).

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Basic tracking available

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind our authentic western wear like a cowboy stands behind his brand. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

What Can Be Returned

Most of our cowgirl fashion can be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Women’s Accessories (hats, belts, jewelry – except pierced earrings)
  • Women’s Casual Shoes (boots must be in unworn condition)
  • Women’s Jackets & Vests
  • Women’s Jeans & Pants (with tags attached)
  • Women’s Shirts (must be unworn and unwashed)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Earrings for pierced ears
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

2. Wait for Approval

We’ll respond faster than a jackrabbit (within 24 hours) with return instructions.

3. Pack It Up

Securely package the item(s) with original tags and include your order confirmation.

4. Ship It Back

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • We sent the wrong item

For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new item once we receive the return.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)

Note: Sale items will be refunded at the purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

  2. Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the new item
  3. If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference

Damaged or Wrong Items

International Returns

We accept returns from all our shipping locations (except some remote areas). International customers are responsible for:
