Our Return Promise

We stand behind our authentic western wear like a cowboy stands behind his brand. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

What Can Be Returned

Most of our cowgirl fashion can be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Women’s Accessories (hats, belts, jewelry)
  • Women’s Casual Shoes (boots must be in unworn condition)
  • Women’s Jackets & Vests
  • Women’s Jeans & Pants (with tags attached)
  • Women’s Shirts (must be unworn and unwashed)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Earrings (for pierced ears)
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond faster than a jackrabbit (within 24 hours) with return instructions
  3. Pack It Up – Securely package the item(s) with original tags and include your order confirmation
  4. Ship It Back – Send the package to our corral at:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your new item once we receive the return.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)

Sale items will be refunded at the purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different size or style? No problem! Follow the same return process above and:

  1. Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the new item
  2. If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  3. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your western wear arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement faster than a mustang at full gallop!

International Returns

We accept returns from all our shipping locations (except some remote areas). International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
